About Delasancha's Spotless Cleaning
The owner’s journey in the cleaning profession began in 2000 in New York City, where she cleaned for a diverse range of clients through an agency. This experience instilled in her the importance of high standards and deepened her understanding of the industry. Seeking a change, she and her husband moved their growing family to another city before settling in Fremont, Nebraska in 2007. After several years of providing residential cleaning services independently with a couple of friends, she officially founded her own cleaning company in 2017. Delasancha's Spotless Cleaning, LLC became a reality in 2023, following six successful years under a different business name, and has since proudly served many clients in and around Fremont, Nebraska.

Do you offer one-time cleanings, or are there only recurring service options?We provide both one-time and recurring cleaning services. Additionally, we understand that last-minute cleanings may be needed, and we will gladly accommodate them if possible.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?We provide all the essential cleaning products and equipment, but we are happy to accommodate any special requests to use your own products or equipment instead.

What is your policy regarding cancellations or rescheduling?The earlier you inform us about a potential cancellation or rescheduling, the better. Giving us ample notice helps us accommodate other clients who may need service. We suggest notifying us at least a day before the scheduled cleaning. If you cancel on the day of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply, at the owner's discretion.
